Anathem – Neal Stephenson

T-minus 20 days!

If you’re a fan of sci-fi, post-cyberpunk, cypherpunk, steampunk, etc. author Neal Stephenson, then you’re probably looking forward to his next book, Anathem. 

I pre-ordered mine months ago, just after ordering the signed Snow Crash Special Edition.

This month’s Wired Magazine has a nice article (just a bit short) about Neal and the new book. Let’s just say Neal didn’t hold back when writing this novel – it’s got a glossary – a la Dune. It’s on a different planet with members of a “techo-religion” (not really religious, but really into technology), and people addicted to consuming.

It should be HAWESOME. And I can’t wait.
