Palm Treo Pro

I’ve tried Palm OS and BlackberryOS, iPhone, Windows Mobile – and for me, the most useful and easy to use (note I didn’t say coolest or most stable), has always been Windows Mobile. The new Palm Treo Pro running WM looks to be a sweeeet ride.

Tired of not being able to hack your iPhone, try the Neo FreeRunner. The software AND hardware are open source. They even sell you the screwdrivers and tools to take it apart! I wonder how that affects the warranty?

Telephoto Zoom for iPhone 3G

Most mobile phones don’t have optical zoom for a couple reasons. First, they take up a lot of space, and second, good optics can be expensive.

If you’re willing to give up one of the inconvieniences (the size), you can get this inexpensive zoom lens from Brando for the inexpensive price of $19USD.
